| Lestat (de
Lioncourt) |

The vampyre Lestat de Lioncourt has emerged as a second only
to Count Dracula as the most influential character in vampire literature. Introduced
in Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire (1976), his full
life story is told in her novel The Vampire Lestat (1985).

| Lilith |
Lilith was this first wife of Adam, yet she was too strong-willed, so he
was given a second wife, Eve. This article discusses Lilith's origin, and examines her as the
prototype of the succubus.

| Lilith, The Daughter of Count Dracula |
In 1974,
Marvel Comics created a character called Lilith, who was the daughter of Dracula. She was
certainly inspired by the Hebrew woman of the same name.

"Kindred: the Embraced"
was a short-lived series (seven
episodes) based on Vampire: the Masquerade. It starred Mark Frankel as Julian Luna,
the Ventrue Prince of San Francisco. (Also my favorite series since Dark
Shadows).
